01Working with us
What does Mshale Enterprises do?
We are an international procurement and supply partner. We help public, private and development-sector organisations source products, manage procurement and coordinate delivery, through a vetted network of manufacturers and suppliers.
Who do you work with?
Our clients include government bodies, private businesses, international organisations, development banks and programmes. We work with organisations of different sizes, from single orders to large, multi-phase projects.
Which markets do you serve?
We are based in Nairobi and support clients across Kenya and the wider region. Our sourcing network covers suppliers in more than 20 countries.
How do I get started?
Send us your requirement through the contact form, by email to info@mshaleenterprises.com, or by phone on +254 (0) 722 360 757. A full specification helps, but a short description is enough to begin.
02Sourcing and quotations
What information should I include in a request?
The more we know, the faster we can help. Useful details include the product description or specification, quantities, delivery location, the date you need the goods, any required standards or certifications, and any budget or procurement rules we need to follow.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
It depends on the complexity of the requirement and supplier response times. We will confirm an expected timeline when we acknowledge your request and keep you updated if anything changes.
How long is a quotation valid?
Each quotation states its validity period. Because prices can be affected by supplier costs, exchange rates, freight and duties, we may need to review a quotation after it expires.
Can you supply products you have not supplied before?
Yes. Much of our work involves finding and qualifying suppliers for new requirements. We check that options meet the specification before recommending them.
03Procurement and compliance
Can you support tenders and formal procurement processes?
Yes. We can respond to tenders and requests for quotation, and we can support clients with preparing procurement documents, evaluating offers and managing orders.
Do you follow public procurement rules?
Where we supply to public entities in Kenya, we comply with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and the requirements of the procuring entity. For development partners, we work within their procurement guidelines.
How do you vet suppliers?
We assess suppliers on product quality, compliance with specifications and standards, reliability, capacity and business integrity before we recommend them.
What is your position on bribery and corruption?
We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption and conduct business in line with the Bribery Act, 2016. See our Terms & Conditions.
04Delivery and payment
Do you handle shipping and customs clearance?
Yes. We coordinate freight, documentation and customs clearance through trusted logistics partners, and track shipments until delivery.
Can you deliver to project sites?
Yes. We can arrange delivery to sites across Kenya and the region. Delivery terms and locations are confirmed in each quotation.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are set out in each quotation or agreement and can depend on the size and nature of the order. Invoices meet Kenya Revenue Authority requirements.
What happens if goods arrive damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect goods on delivery and tell us in writing as soon as possible. We will work with you and the supplier to repair, replace or credit goods that are defective or do not meet the agreed specification.
05Client portal and data
How do I get access to the client portal?
Portal access is set up for approved clients. If you are an existing client and need access, please contact our team.
How do you protect my information?
We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights.
How can I access or delete my personal data?
Email [privacy email] with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
